How long does it take for my items to arrive?

Website items are shipped within 2-3 days. If you need a special service or have a deadline, please contact us info@risingspiritcrystals.com so we can accommodate your needs. Instagram live sale claims are shipped within 5-7 days following live sale.

How can I see when my package is being delivered?

Tracking information will be sent to your email once we print your label. Please check your junk mail folder as emails can occasionally end up there. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at: info@risingspiritcrystals.com

Rising Spirit Crystals is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your country upon entry. These costs are your responsibility as the purchaser.

We no longer automatically insure your boxes. All orders sent through USPS come with $50 insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance (recommended for large orders) please choose the insurance option at checkout. Because we use a third party insurer, we cannot add insurance once your purchase has been completed.

The crystal pictured is the crystal you get. We pay great attention to photograph and provide accurate details of the crystals on our website. Please keep in mind that crystals may look slightly different in color based on lighting and your monitor/ screen. We photograph all website items indoors using studio light.

If you are claiming on our live sale, we make every effort to point out any characteristics or imperfections. However, as crystals are natural and come from the earth, it is ultimately your responsibility to decide on claiming the crystal once it’s shown during our live sale.

To be fair to everyone, we cannot hold a crystal without payment. We do offer financing options through Afterpay and Klarna should you wish to utilize it.

My package is missing. What do I do?

Rarely, you may encounter a missing delivery. Most times, the package was put in an inconspicuous place, given to a neighbor, or will arrive within 24 hours.

You may also contact your local post office or file a request for search/claim (Domestic US): Https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

If you purchased additional insurance, you may contact us (we have to install an insurance carrier. ) We can provide information for your claim. Still, Rising Spirit Crystals is not liable for your packages once they have left our hands and have been scanned by the carrier.
